Do I need to be fit before I start?

Absolutely not. Most people who first start out with us have either never exercised properly or haven't done for years.

What sessions do you have available?

We have morning and evening sessions for our small group personal training sessions Monday to Saturday at 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm and 7:30pm. 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions are set at a time arranged between the client and the trainer.

How much does it cost?
